مقایسه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و بینش شناختی در زنان متقاضی طلاق و عادی

چکیده

هدف: این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه‌ی طرحواره­های ناسازگار اولیه و بینش شناختی در زنان متقاضی طلاق و زنان عادی انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. نمونه‌ این پژوهش شامل 100 نفر (50 زن متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به واحد مشاوره دادگستری شهرستان سمنان و 50 زن ساکن در سمنان که هیچ گاه دادخواست طلاق ارائه نداده بودند) بوده است که با توجه به ملاک­های ورود به این پژوهش بر اساس نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. این دو گروه از لحاظ متغیرهای سن، وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی، محل سکونت و تعداد سال­های زندگی مشترک با یکدیگر همتا شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه طرحواره­های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ، بینش شناختی بک و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ (به منظور تعیین گروه عادی) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد گروه زنان متقاضی طلاق در بیش­تر طرحواره­ها به استثنای طرحواره­های تائید جویی / جلب توجه، استحقاق / بزرگ منشی با گروه زنان عادی تفاوت  داشتند و هم­چنین در بینش شناختی بین دو گروه در خرده مقیاس اطمینان به خود تفاوت وجود داشت ولی در خرده مقیاس خود اندیشمندی تفاوت معناداری میان دو گروه وجود نداشت. نتیجه­گیری: طرحواره­های ناسازگار اولیه و بینش شناختی می­توانند از جمله عواملی باشند که منجر به بروز اختلافات زناشویی می­شوند. بر پایه این الگو می­توان به استناد رویکردی پیشگیرانه در زمینه طلاق در این امر مداخله نمود و در محیط­های بالینی و مشاوره ای برای کمک به همسران مشکل دار و در آستانه طلاق به کارگرفت.

چکیده [English]

The present research attempted to comprise primary maladaptive schemas and cognitive insight in divorced and normal women.The research method was causal-comparative design categorized as descriptive one. The research sample included 100 women (50 divorced women who had referred to counseling center of administration of justice of Semnan city, and 50 women who never had divorce complaint selected by available sampling with consideration of entrance criterion. Both groups had the same age, socio-economic status, residence region, and the year of married life. In this research, selected samples filed out Young’s primary maladaptive schemas, Beck’s cognitive insight, and Enrich’s married satisfaction questionnaires. Data analyses by using multivariate variance analysis showed that divorced women were different from normal counterparts except in approval-seeking/recognition seeking, entitlement/grandiosity schemas. In addition, two groups were different in cognitive insights, but they were not different in thoughtful subscale. The primary maladaptive schemas and cognitive insight could lead to marital dissatisfaction. This model as a preventive approach can help problematic spouses in clinical settings.
