سنجش مقدار رضایت شغلی معلمان زن (مورد شناسی: شهرستان دامغان)

چکیده

    این پژوهش با هدف اصلی بررسی مقدار رضایت شغلی معلمان زن انجام شده است. توجه‌ به‌ کارکنان‌ سازمان ها به عنوان‌ بزرگ ترین‌ دارایی‌ سازمان ها و جلب‌ رضایت ‌کارکنان‌ و علاقه‌مند کردن‌ آن ها نسبت‌ به‌ حرفه‌شان‌ در موفقیت‌ کاری‌ و رسیدن‌ به هدف های سازمانی‌ سازمان ها، بسیار دارای اهمیت‌ است. در این پژوهش از روش پیمایشی و از ابزار پرسش نامه بهره گرفته شده است. هم چنین، برای سنجش از دو نوع اعتبار محتوا و اعتبار سازه و برای محاسبه‌ پایایی از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه 124 نفر بوده که این تعداد به شیوه تمام شماری از تمامی معلمان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان دامغان انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند که: 1) مقدار رضایت شغلی حدود دو سوم معلمان زن شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان دامغان در حد زیاد و خیلی زیاد بوده است. معلمان با سابقه کار زیر دو سال بیش از سایر معلمان از شغل خود راضی اند. بین وضعیت تاهل، تحصیلات و رضایت شغلی معلمان رابطه‌ای معنی دار وجود ندارد. 2) حدود 16 درصد از معلمان زن در بعد بهداشتی از شغل خود رضایت دارند. 3) مقدار رضایت از بعد انگیزشی برای 77 درصد معلمان در حد زیاد و خیلی زیاد بوده است.

چکیده [English]

   This study aims to evaluate job satisfaction of teachers. The staffs as the greatest asset of the organization and their satisfaction and interest in their profession and work are considered very important for the success of organizations to achieve organizational goals. In this study, a questionnaire survey was used. Content and construct validity are measured and reliability is tested by calculating Cronbach's alpha. The sample size included 124 people selected from all teachers of educational and training organization in the city of Damghan. The results show that: 1) the job satisfaction of about two-thirds of female teachers working for educational and training organization in Damghan exists either in high level or very high one. Female teachers with less than two-year experience are more satisfied with their jobs than others are. There is no significant relationship between marital status, education, and teachers’ job satisfaction. 2) Approximately 16 percent of female teachers are satisfied with their jobs in the health dimension. 3) Motivational satisfaction for 77 percent of the teachers is the high level of motivation has been very high.
