اثربخشی مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی بر مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دختر

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی بر مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دختر سال سوم راهنمایی بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر سال سوم راهنمایی مدرسه شاهد ناحیه 3 شیراز در سال تحصیلی 93- 92 بودند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. به این صورت که پس از اجرای پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فکری، شفیع آبادی، نورانی پور و احقر (1391) و پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های اجتماعی TISS از بین دانش‌آموزانی که نمره‌ای کم‌تر در پرسش‌نامه گرفته بودند، 40 نفر به تصادف انتخاب و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل 20 نفری جایگزین شدند. سپس گروه آزمایش بر اساس الگوی چند محوری به مدت 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دریافت کردند و در گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای انجام نگرفت. داده‎های بدست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دادند که بین مهارت‌های کارآفرینی (خرده مقیاس های مهارت‌های فردی، مهارت‌های بین فردی، مهارت‌های کاربردی، مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی و خلاقانه) و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنا‌دار وجود دارد، یعنی مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی موجب افزایش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان شده است.

Effectiveness of Vocational Counseling based on Shafiabady’s Multi-Axial Pattern on Entrepreneurship Skills and Social Skills of Girl Students

    Current research examines the effectiveness of vocational counseling based on Shafiabady’s multi-axial pattern on entrepreneurship skills and social skills of female secondary school students, grade 3. Research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. Statistical community included all Shahed female secondary school students at grade 3, district 3, Shiraz, during academic year of 2013-2014. Random sampling was used in current work. After performing the questionnaire of thoughtful entrepreneurship skills presented by Shafiabady, Nooranipour & Ahghar (2012) and the questionnaire of social skills (TISS), 40 students with lower scores in the questionnaire were randomly selected and placed into two experimental and control groups, each with 20 members. Then, the experimental group received training of entrepreneurship skills and social skills according to Shafiabady’s multi -axial pattern in 8 sessions of one and half an hour. No intervention was made in the control group. Data was analyzed using covariance analysis method. The results indicated that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in terms of entrepreneurship skills (personal skills sub-scales, interpersonal skills, practical skills, and critical and creative thinking skills) and social skills, that is, vocational counseling based on multi-axial pattern has increased students’ entrepreneurship skills and social skills.
