تاثیر باورهای جنسیتی زنان شهر تهران بر ایفای نقش خانه‌داری

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه تأثیر باورهای جنسیتی زنان شهری بر ایفای نقش خانه‌داری بود که با روش پیمایش، نمونه ای 200 نفره از زنان زنان متأهل و خانه‌دار سنین 20 تا 70 سال مرکز شهر تهران(منطقه 12) در سال 1391 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. روش این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری، شامل تمام زنان متأهل گروه های سنی و منطقه یادشده بود. از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای استفاده شد و هر ناحیه از منطقه 12 شهر تهران به عنوان یک خوشه در نظر گرفته و حجم نمونه از 6 ناحیه از منطقه 12 شهرداری تهران با استفاده از فرمول کوکران محاسبه و بدست آمد. ابزار پژوهشی پرسش‌نامه ای محقق ساخته بود که پس از اعتباریابی و پایایی سنجی، در خوشه های درنظر گرفته شده (نواحی منطقه 12 شهر تهران) اجرا شد. پرسش‌نامه یادشده، براساس بررسی دیدگاههای گوناگون مربوط به باورهای جنسیتی و نقش خانه‌داری طراحی و تدوین شد تا روابط بین متغیرها را در قالب تعداد 9 فرضیه مورد سنجش قرار دهد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد باورهای زنان به سرپرستی انحصاری مرد در خانواده، تعهد به تربیت فرزند، الزام تمکین از شوهر، وظیفه مردان در تامین اقتصاد خانواده، فرهنگ مرد سالاری در خانواده و باورهای جنسیتی سنتی زنان با گرایش به ایفای نقش خانه‌داری آن‌ها رابطه دارد و هم‌چنین، بین باورهای جنسیتی و گرایش به ایفای نقش خانه‌داری زنان در سنین گوناگون، تحصیلات و طول مدت ازدواج مختلف، تفاوت وجود دارد. مقایسه نتایج ناشی از این پژوهش و بررسی چارچوب و مدل نظری این پژوهش، بیانگر همسویی نتایج با پژوهش های مشابه در مورد فرضیه‌های مطرح شده بود.

    The goal of this research is to study the effects of sexuality beliefs of urban women on housekeeping. This research uses survey technique on a sample of 200 married housekeeper women aged between 20-70 years old in Tehran (Region 12). This is a correlational and descriptive-survey research. The research society includes all aforementioned women. Cluster sampling method was used and each area of Region 12 was considered as one cluster. The sample volume was calculated by Cochran Formula for 6 areas in Region 12 of Tehran. The research tool was applied on the clusters. The findings showed that women’s beliefs towards exclusive supervisory role of man, commitment to child training, deference, men’s duty to supply family, patriarchy culture, and women’s traditional sexuality beliefs relate with their housekeeping roles.
