تحلیل اثرهای اشتغال زنان بر کیفیت زندگی آنان (مطالعه موردی زنان شاغل در وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری)

چکیده

    با ورود زنان به بازار کار و عهده­دار شدن نقش­هایی به جز نقش همسری و مادری، آن‌ها با نقش‌هایی متعددی روبه‌رو می­شوند که گاه ممکن است تعارض­ها و تنش­هایی برای آن‌ها بوجود آورد و در نتیجه، سلامت روانی آن‌ها را نیز تهدید کند و گاهی برعکس، ممکن است به خاطر ورود به جامعه و افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی اثرهایی مثبت برای آن‌ها داشته باشد و در واقع، کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها را بالا ببرد. این پژوهش به مطالعه اثرهای اشتغال زنان بر کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها می‌پردازد. هدف این پژوهش، پاسخ به این پرسش است که آیا وضعیت اشتغال زنان- شامل ویژگی‌های عینی شغل آن‌ها و نگرشی که نسبت به وضعیت اشتغال خود دارند (رضایت شغلی)_ بر کیفیت زندگی آنان تاثیر دارد؟ به این منظور، در چارچوب روش پیمایش از بین 284 نفر از زنان شاغل در وزارت علوم، پژوهشات و فناوری، 163 نفر بر اساس روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران، انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه در میان آنان توزیع شد. بدین منظور، از پرسش‎نامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت و مقیاس سنجش رضایت شغلی کندال و اسمیت استفاده شد. برای آزمون فرضیه­ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. یافته­ها نشان دادند که از بین متغیرهای مستقل پژوهش، رضایت شغلی، مقدار حقوق، سن و وضعیت تاهل بر مقدار کیفیت زندگی زنان شاغل مورد مطالعه تاثیر داشته است. در واقع، افرادی که از رضایت شغلی و مقدار حقوق بالاتری برخوردار بودند، افراد در رده سنی 34-25 و افراد مجرد از کیفیت زندگی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. روی هم رفته، افراد مورد مطالعه از کیفیت زندگی متوسطی برخوردار بودند و در واقع اشتغال زنان تاثیری مخرب بر کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها نداشته است.

    The purpose of this study was to answer the question whether the employment status of women, including physical characteristics, their jobs and their attitude toward their employment status (job satisfaction) _Br affect quality of life? To this end, the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire was used to measure job satisfaction Kendall and Smith. The collected data were analyzed using spss software for Frzyh‌Ha test of Pearson, D. Summers test, Kendall's tau and Kay C. Squire was used. Research findings showed that the independent variables, job satisfaction, marital status and age of the studied women who have had an impact on quality of life. In fact, people who had a higher level of job satisfaction, and single people aged 25-34 had higher quality of life.
