پیش بینی الگوهای ارتباطی زناشویی به وسیله عمل به باورهای دینی و سلامت روان در زنان شاغل

چکیده

    بی گمان، شناخت و استفاده درست از روش‎های دست‎یابی به برقراری رابطه سالم در زندگی زناشویی می‌تواند نقشی مهم در رضایت زوج ها و بهبود کیفیت زندگی به همراه داشته باشد. از این رو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی پیش بینی الگوهای ارتباطی زوج ها به وسیله عمل به باورهای دینی و سلامت روان در زنان شاغل دانشگاه خوارزمی‌تهران انجام گرفته است. نمونه پژوهش را 162 از کارکنان زن متاهل دانشگاه خوارزمی که در سال 93-92 مشغول به کار بودند و به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، تشکیل می‌دهد و سه پرسش‌نامه الگوهای ارتباطی (CPQ) و عمل به باورهای دینی و سلامت روان (GHQ-28) در مورد آن‌ها اجرا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آمار توصیفی و آزمون رگرسیون گام به گام و از روش نرم افزار spss21 انجام گرفت. یافته‎ها نشان دادند که عمل به باورهای دینی و سلامت روان با الگوی ارتباطی سازنده متقابل رابطه مثبت و معنا دار (01/0 > p) و با الگوهای ارتباطی اجتنابی و توقع / کناره گیر رابطه‌ای منفی و معنادار داشت. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، می‌توان به اهمیت نقش عمل به باورهای دینی و سلامت روان در زندگی زناشویی و ارتباطات زوج ها در کارکنان زن دانشگاه خوارزمی به عنوان عاملی مهم برای رویارویی با تعارضات و اختلافات در زمینه الگوهای ارتباطی پی برد.

Predicting Marital Communication Patterns by the Practice of Religious Beliefs and Mental Health of Working Women

چکیده [English]

    Undoubtedly, understanding and correct use of healthy relationships methods in marriage can play an important role in improving the quality of life and satisfying couples. Hence, this study examined the couples’ communication patterns by the practice of religious beliefs and mental health of women working at Kharazmi University. The sample consisted of 162 female staff who worked in 2013-2014 and were randomly selected. Three questionnaires including Communication Patterns Questionnaire (CPQ), the practice of religious beliefs and mental health (GHQ-28) were carried out to collect data. descriptive statistics and regression test by SPSS 21 software helped to analyze data. The findings suggest that practicing religious beliefs and mental health with mutual constructive communication patterns have a significant and positive correlation (00.1> p) and they have a significant negative correlation with the communication patterns of avoidance, demand and retiring. The results indicate that the practice of religious beliefs and mental health in couples’ communication among female employees of Kharazmi University is an important factor to deal with conflicts and differences in communication patterns.
