کارکردهای تسهیل کار‌-خانواده برای شاخص‌های سلامتی و رشد پرستاران زن

چکیده

تسهیل کار-خانواده بر اساس جدیدترین شواهد در دسترس از زمره متغیرهای بسیار مهم برای سلامتی و رشد پرستاران زن است. بر همین اساس این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش تسهیل کار- خانواده و تسهیل خانواده-کار برای شاخص­های رشد و سلامتی پرستاران زن اجرا شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش را پرستاران زن متأهل دو بیمارستان دولتی تشکیل دادند که از بین آن­ها، صد و هفتاد و هشت نفر به شیوه‌ی نمونه­گیری سهمیه­ای انتخاب و به  پرسشنامه تسهیل کار-خانواده (Holbrook, 2005)،  پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان­شناختی (Golparvar, 2014)، پرسشنامه امنیت روان­شناختی محقق­ساخته، پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی (Fowers & Olson, 1993) و پرسشنامه رشد شخصی محقق­ساخته پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه (به شیوه همزمان) تحلیل گردید.  نتایج نشان داد که بین تسهیل کار-خانواده با رشد شخصی، با بهزیستی روان­شناختی و با امنیت روان­شناختی و بین تسهیل خانواده-کار با هر چهار شاخص رشد و سلامتی در این پژوهش رابطه­ی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تسهیل کار-خانواده و تسهیل خانواده-کار، متغیرهای با اهمیتی هستند که لازم است بیش از پیش در میان پرستاران زن مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

Work-family facilitation based on the latest available evidence is crucial to the health and development of female nurses. Accordingly, this research was administered with the aim of investigating the role of work-family facilitation and family-work facilitation for health and development of female nurses.  Research method was correlation and statistical population was the women nurses of two public sector hospital, among them one hundred and eighty seven women nurses were selected using quota sampling and responded to the work-family facilitation questionnaire (Holbrook, 2005), psychological well being questionnaires (Golparvar et al, 2014), researcher made psychological security questionnaire, marital satisfaction questionnaire (Fowers & Olson, 1993) and researcher made personal growth questionnaire. Data were analysed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis (enter method). The results showed that there is a positive significant relationship between work-family facilitation and personal growth, psychological well-being and psychological security, and between family-work facilitation with four healthy development indexes. The results of this study indicate that work-family facilitation and family-work facilitation are important variables­, that need to be addressed further among female nurses.
