importance, participatory approach to development have been the center of attention not only as a means to sustainable development but also as an aim Considering the important role of women as half of the cortex and community participation as an important component of sustainable development, in this study to evaluate the level of participation and explain the factors that is paid. Using Sherry Aronstein theoretical framework, the descriptive-survey research aims to determine the level of participation among rural women in cooperative. For this purpose a case study on rural women's cooperative Falavarjan city with 110 members in the village twenty Pyrbkran centralism was studied and 86 Cochrane formula and a random sample was selected, data gathering instrument was a questionnaire and interview. Its validity by a group of teachers and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's coefficient was calculated for each separate structure for all cases more than 0.5, respectively. Results showed, with 99 percent chance of significant and direct relationship exists between economic factors, the exact participation, with 99 percent chance of significant and direct relationship exists. Between institutional factors and participation rates, with 90 percent of the possible direct and meaningful relationship exists. Results of factor analysis indicated that factors influencing participation can be categoriced in four groups: institutional, individual - personal, social - cultural and economic groups.There was a 99 percent probability that a direct and significant relationship between institiutional factors and the level of participation whith 90 percent probability
