بررسی مقایسه‌ای میزان شدت فشار روانی و رضایت زناشویی بین مادران کودکان عقب مانده ذهنی تربیت پذیر و مادران کودکان عادی

چکیده

این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی میزان شدت فشار روانی و رضایت زناشویی بین مادران کودکان عقب مانده ذهنی تربیت­پذیر و مادران کودکان عادی به روش مقایسه­ای انجام شد. نمونه مورد بررسی، متشکل از دو گروه مادران کودکان عقب مانده ذهنی و مادران کودکان عادی می­باشد که به شیوه نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده از بین دو مرکز توانبخشی و مدارس عادی شهر شیراز انتخاب شدند. جهت انجام پژوهش، پرسشنامه فشار روانی پیکل و پرسشنامه رضایتمندی زناشویی انریچ اجرا گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS  صورت گرفت و از آزمون t برای دو گروه مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید. یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که مادران کودکان عقب مانده، فشار روانی بیش­تری نسبت به مادران کودکان عادی تحمل می کنند (01/0=p). بااین حال مادران کودکان عقب مانده نسبت به گروه مقابل، از رضایت زناشویی پایین­تری برخوردارند (01/0=p). نتایج هم­چنین نشان داد که همبستگی بین دو متغییر فشار روانی و رضایت زناشویی مادران کودکان عقب مانده ذهنی، منفی است (83/0- =r).

چکیده [English]

The aim of this survey is comparison of intensity of mental pressure and matrimony satisfaction in trainable mentally retarded children´s mothers and normal children´s mothers . Research method is comparative. Samples include two groups of mothers of trainable mentally retarded children and normal children. They are selected by random sampling  method from two rehabilitation centers and from normal schools in shiraz.  In order to do this survey, peykle´s mental pressure questionaire and Inrich´s matrimony satisfaction is applied.The data analyzed by SPSS and using  independent t test and pearson´s correlation. The results of this study show that  Mothers of trainable mentally retarded children experience more mental pressure than normal children´s mothers (p=0/01). They have less matrimony satisfaction than normal children´s mothers (p=0/01). There is a significant relationship between mental pressure and matrimony satisfaction of trainable mentally retarded children´s  mothers (r=-0/83).
