بررسی نقش راهبردهای نظم جویی شناختی هیجان در پیش بینی سبک تصمیم گیری در دانشجویان دختر

چکیده

تصمیم­گیری نقش گسترده­ای در زندگی افراد دارد و شناخت مهارت­های حل مسئله و تصمیم­گیری برای رویارویی با مسائل مختلف در جهان امروز لازم است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش راهبردهای نظم­جویی شناختی در پیش­بینی سبک تصمیم­گیری دانشجویان دختر بود. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه رازی در سال 1395 بود که 150 نفر با روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه راهبردهای نظم­جویی شناختی هیجان و پرسشنامه تصمیم­گیری گردآوری و با استفاده از روش­های آماری همبستگی و رگرسیون همزمان به وسیله نرم­افزار 24spss  بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد سبک تصمیم­گیری عقلانی با راهبرد ملامت و ملامت دیگران رابطه منفی، سبک تصمیم­گیری شهودی با راهبرد ملامت و با راهبرد دیدگاه دیگری رابطه منفی، سبک تصمیم­گیری اجتنابی با راهبرد تمرکز مجدد مثبت، تمرکز مجدد و دیدگاه­گیری، با راهبرد ارزیابی رابطه منفی و با راهبرد نشخوارگری و ملامت دیگران و فاجعه­سازی رابطه مثبت دارد. سبک تصمیم­گیری وابسته با راهبرد ملامت و فاجعه­سازی رابطه مثبت و با راهبرد دیدگاه­گیری رابطه منفی دارد. سبک تصمیم­گیری آنی با راهبرد ملامت دیگران و راهبرد فاجعه­سازی رابطه مثبت و با راهبرد دیدگاه­گیری رابطه منفی دارد. با توجه به نقش راهبردهای نظم­جویی شناختی در پیش­بینی سبک تصمیم­گیری، از این رو می­توان با آموزش مناسب به افراد در شناسایی و کاربرد صحیح راهبردهای نظم­جویی، از اتخاذ تصمیماتی که ممکن است عواقب بدی در پی داشته باشد جلوگیری کرد. بنابراین با آموزش راهبردهای مناسب تنظیم هیجانی به افراد، می­توان سبک تصمیم­گیری آن­ها را بهبود بخشید.

چکیده [English]

Decision-making has wide role in the lives of individuals and recognition of problem solving and decision-making skills is necessary to deal with various issues in the today world. The goal of this research is investigate the role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in predicting students' decision-making style. The study population included undergraduate students of Razi University in Kermanshah. Among students in 1395, 150 people were randomly selected using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Research data by using of cognitive emotion regulation strategies, questionnaires were collected and decision-making through spss software version 23 and statistical methods of correlation and regression were studied. The results showed that there is a negative relationship between self-blame and others blame strategy with the rational decision making style, there is a negative relationship between self-blame strategy strategy with intuitive decision making style. There is a negative relationship between Positive refocusing, Refocus on planning, Reappraisal, and Putting into perspective strategy with avoidant decision-making style, and there is a positive relationship between Rumination, Catastrophizing, and Other-blame strategy with this style. There is a positive relationship between Self-blame and Catastrophizing strategy with dependent decision making style and Putting into perspective strategy had negative relationship with this style. There is a positive relationship between Catastrophizing and Other-blame strategy with spontaneous decision making style, and there is a negative relationship between Putting into perspective strategy with this style.
