فشار اجتماعی- فرهنگی، مقایسه اجتماعی و تصور چاقی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: تصور چاقی تصویری است که فرد از اندام خود به عنوان چاق و لاغر دارد. در جامعه امروزی تاکید زیادی به لحاظ فرهنگی اجتماعی بر روی جذابیت و تناسب جسمانی وجود دارد. مقایسه اجتماعی و فشارهای اجتماعی فرهنگی برای رسیدن به باریک اندامی زنان و خوش اندامی مردان منجر به افزایش تصور چاقی و عدم رضایت در افراد نسبت به وضعیت بدنی خود شده است.  تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه فشارهای اجتماعی- فرهنگی و مقایسه اجتماعی با تصور چاقی انجام شده است.
مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش انجام شده یک بررسی مقطعی است و روش تحقیق  این مطالعه پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری آن را زنان و مردان 64 - 20 ساله شهر تبریز تشکیل می دهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 400 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه برای مطالعه انتخاب و بر اساس نمونه گیری ای خوشه ای چند مرحله ای گزینش شده­اند.
یافته­ها: نتایج تحقیق نشانگر آن است که متغیرهای مقایسه اجتماعی و فشار اجتماعی ارتباط مستقیمی با تصورچاقی دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان می دهد که متغیرهای مقایسه اجتماعی، فشار اجتماعی و جنسیت می توانند 5/38 درصد از واریانس تصورچاقی را تبیین نمایند.
بحث و نتیجه­گیری: در نتیجه گیری کلی، عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی در نوع ادراک افراد از بدن شان تاثیر گذار بوده و می تواند تصور آنها از وضعیت ظاهری شان را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد .

چکیده [English]

The concept of obesity is the image that a person has of his body as obese and thin. In today's society, culturally and socially, there is a lot of emphasis on attractiveness and physical fitness. Social comparison and socio-cultural pressure to reach women and well-being in men have led to an increase in the perception of obesity and dissatisfaction among individuals. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between socio-cultural pressure and social comparison with the concept of obesity. The research is a cross-sectional study and the research method of this study is survey and its statistical population consists of men and women aged 64-20 years in Tabriz. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size is estimated to be 400 people. Sampling method is multi-stage cluster sampling.
Findings of research show that the variables of social comparison and social pressure are directly related to imagination. Also, the results of multivariate regression show that the variables of social comparison, socio-cultural pressure and gender can explain 38.5% of the imaginary variance. For Conclusion, Social and cultural factors affect the type of perception of people from their body and can affect their perception of their appearance.
