تحلیل گفتمان غالب بر ورزش قهرمانی بانوان کشور (با تأکید بر فضای قهرمانی دهه 90)

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر در راستای شناخت و تحلیل گفتمان غالب بر ورزش قهرمانی بانوان کشور و تعیین اینکه چه کسانی و چه پدیده‌هایی بر این گفتمان بیشترین تأثیر را دارند، انجام گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی و از نوع روش تحلیل گفتمان بوده و بر اساس هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 42 نفر از بانوان قهرمانی است که در لیست افراد اعزامی به مسابقات جهانی المپیک و پارالمپیک 2012 و 2016 قرار داشته‌اند. در این پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری نظری استفاده شده که طبق دیدگاه هالووی و ایمی، تعداد 4 تا 40 نفر برای مطالعات کیفی کفایت می‌کند.
یافته‌ها: عواملی که بر توسعة ورزش قهرمانی بانوان تأثیرگذار هستند در قالب 2 مقوله اصلی بازدارنده و تقویت‌کننده دسته‌بندی می‌شوند. عوامل بازدارنده شامل: عدم حمایت مادی و معنوی مسئولان دولتی، تبعیض جنسیتی، عدم امکانات باشگاهی، محدودیت‌های زیرساختی، فرهنگ مردسالارانه، عدم دریافت پاداش و عوامل تقویت‌کننده شامل: اعتماد به نفس، حمایت خانواده، پشتکار، انگیزه بالا، حمایت مربی، رویه کار تیمی، اخلاق حرفه‌ای، توجه به ارزش‌های دینی و فرهنگ ورزش بانوان می‌باشند.
نتیجه‌گیری: برای توسعه ورزش قهرمانی بانوان کشور باید بر مقوله‌های استخراجی از این پژوهش متمرکز شد تا از آنها به عنوان سازوکارهایی جهت توسعة ورزش قهرمانی بانوان بهره گرفت.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The present study was conducted to identify and analyze the dominant discourse on women's championship sports in the country and to determine who and what phenomena have the greatest impact on this discourse.
Methodology: The research method based on the nature of the data is qualitative and the analysis method is based on discourse analysis and based on the purpose is applied research. The statistical population of this study includes 42 women champions who were included in the list of people sent to the 2012 and 2016 World Olympic and Paralympic Games . theoretical sampling was used, 4 to 40 people are sufficient for qualitative studies.
Results: Deterrents and Reinforcing factors. Deterrents include: lack of material and moral support of government officials, gender discrimination, lack of club facilities, infrastructure restrictions, patriarchal culture, lack of rewards; and reinforcing factors include: self-confidence, family support, perseverance, high motivation, coach support, teamwork, professional ethics, attention to religious values and women's sports culture.
Conclusion: it can be concluded that in order to develop women's championship sports in the country, we should focus on the categories extracted from this research to use them as mechanisms for the development of women's championship sports.
