اثربخشی آموزش امید درمانی شناختی بر احساس شرم و گناه زنان شهر گرمسار

چکیده

مقدمه:احساس شرم و گناه دو هیجان منفی است که به نظر می رسد روبرو شدن با این هیجانات برای زنان، به دلیل عوامل فرهنگی غیر قابل اجتناب می‌باشد و لازم است تدابیری برای کاهش این هیجانات اندیشیده شود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش امیددرمانی شناختی بر احساس شرم و گناه زنان انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های شبه آزمایشی و طرح تحقیق شامل پیش آزمون– پس آزمون تک گروهی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، زنان شهر گرمسار در سال 1400 بودند که حداقل 5 سال سابقه زندگی مشترک داشته اند. حجم نمونه تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و بصورت داوطلبانه تعیین شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه حالت شرم و گناه مارشال، سافتز و تانگنی (1994) بود.
یافته‌ها: با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و انجام آزمون t زوجی، نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین نمرات شرم و گناه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون گروه در سطح 01/0 وجود داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت امیددرمانی شناختی با تکنیک‌های مختلف می‌تواند منجر به کاهش هیجانات منفی شده از جمله احساس شرم و گناه در زنان شود.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
Introduction: Feelings of shame and guilt are two negative emotions that it seems to women to face these emotions due to cultural factors is inevitable and it is necessary to think of measures to reduce these emotions accordingly. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive hope therapy training on feelings of shame and guilt in women in Garmsar city.
Materials and Method: In the present study, a single-group pretest-posttest design was used. The statistical population of the study was women in Garmsar city in 1400 who had at least 5 years of cohabitation. The sample size was 30 people. Available sampling method was determined voluntarily. The group received an online cognitive hope therapy program for two months. The research instrument was Marshal, Softs and Tangni (1994) Shame and Sin Questionnaire.

Results: The data analysis method was paired sample T test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the group at the level of 0.001.
Conclusion Therefore, it can be concluded that cognitive hope therapy with different techniques can reduce negative emotions and ultimately reduce women's shame and guilt.
