مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر اعتیاد زنان: فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های بازه زمانی 1388 الی 1400

چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر اعتیاد زنان است. روش تحقیق از نوع فراتحلیل کمی، ابزار آن پرسشنامه معکوس، روش نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی و جامعه آماری آن 39 پژوهش که 27 تحقیق درباره زمانی 1388 الی 1400 انتخاب‌شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین زمینه و عوامل مواد (سن شروع مصرف مواد؛ سبک فراغتی شدن مواد؛ دسترسی آسان به مواد مخدر؛ سابقه اعتیاد و مصرف مواد)؛ عوامل خانوادگی (ستیز و کشمکش خانوادگی؛ سلطه هنجارهای مردانه؛ خانواده ازهم‌گسیخته؛ نابسامانی زندگی زناشویی؛ نارضایتی از زندگی زناشویی؛ اعتیاد خانوادگی)؛ عوامل روانی-شخصیتی (انزوای اجتماعی؛ کسب لذت؛ پرستیز اجتماعی؛ احساس داغ ننگ؛ احساس بیگانگی؛ احساس بی‌هویتی؛ عدم اعتمادبه‌نفس)؛ عوامل اقتصادی (فقر مالی؛ محرومیت نسبی؛ فشار اقتصادی-اجتماعی؛ از دست دین شغل و ناامنی شغلی)؛ عوامل اجتماعی (دوستان ناباب؛ نظارت اجتماعی؛ فرصت مجرمانه؛ نابسامانی محیطی؛ تعلق خرده‌فرهنگی؛ ناهمگونی قومی؛ ناکامی اجتماعی) و عوامل فرهنگی (فرهنگ فقر؛ میزان دین‌داری؛ مصرف رسانه‌ای؛ شبکه‌های مجازی؛ سرمایه فرهنگی؛ سطح تحصیلات) با گرایش زنان به اعتیاد رابطه معنی‌داری داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of the research is to study the factors affecting women's addiction. The research method is quantitative meta-analysis, its tool is reverse questionnaire, non-probability sampling method and its statistical population is 39 studies, of which 27 studies are about the period 1388 to 1400. The results show that between context and substance factors (age of starting drug use; recreational style of drugs; easy access to drugs; history of addiction and drug use); family factors (family conflict and conflict; dominance of male norms; broken family; disordered married life; dissatisfaction with married life; family addiction); Psycho-personality factors (social isolation, enjoyment, social prestige, hot feeling of shame, feeling of alienation, feeling of anonymity, lack of self-confidence); Economic factors (financial poverty, relative deprivation, socio-economic pressure, job loss and job insecurity); Social factors (unfriendly friends; social surveillance; criminal opportunity; environmental disorder; belonging to a subculture; ethnic heterogeneity; social failure) and cultural factors (culture of poverty; level of religiosity; media consumption; virtual networks; cultural capital; level of education) with women's tendency to Addiction has had a significant relationship.
