تأثیر آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر فرسودگی شغلی و کیفیت زندگی زنان فرهنگی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف:. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تأثیر آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر فرسودگی شغلی و کیفیت زندگی زنان فرهنگی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر مرودشت است. روش شناسی: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل زنان فرهنگی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر مرودشت در سال تحصیلی 1402- 1401 بودند. برای نمونه گیری در ابتدا به‌صورت خوشه‌ای مرحله‌ای از مدارس شهر مرودشت، 6 مدرسه به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد و زنان فرهنگی شاغل آن مدرسه ها که داوطلب شرکت در پژوهش بودند به‌صورت جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (30 نفر) و گواه (30 نفر) قرار داده شدند. و از طریق پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش و کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده در دو سطح مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل (آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی) قرار گرفت. در سطح آمار از میانگین و انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافته ها: آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر کاهش فرسودگی شغلی و افزایش کیفیت زندگی زنان فرهنگی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر مرودشت تاثیر مثبت دارد. نتیجه گیری: آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی به عنوان یک حالت ارتقا دهنده‌ی تفکر خودآگاهی به ویژه در معلمان زن شاغل فرهنگی در کنار سایر آموزش ها می‌تواند نتایج مفیدی داشته باشد.

Introduction:. The aim of the current research is the effect of cognitive therapy training based on mindfulness on job burnout and quality of life of cultural women working in education and training in Marodasht city. Method: The research method was semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population of this research included cultural women working in education in Maroodasht city in the academic year of 1402-1401. In order to initially sample in a staged cluster from the schools of Marovdasht city, 6 schools were randomly selected and the cultural women working in those schools who volunteered to participate in the research were placed in two experimental (30 people) and control (30 people) groups by random replacement. were given And they were measured through the job burnout questionnaire and the quality of life of the World Health Organization. The collected data were analyzed at two levels (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics). At the level of statistics, mean and standard deviation were used, and at the level of inferential statistics, covariance analysis was used. Findings: Cognitive therapy training based on mindfulness has a positive effect on reducing job burnout and increasing the quality of life of cultural women working in education in Morvdasht city. Discussion: Cognitive therapy training based on mindfulness as a mode of promoting self-awareness thinking, especially among female teachers working in culture, along with other trainings, can have useful results.
