شناسایی و تحلیل شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان ایران

چکیده

هدف: شناسایی و تحلیل شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان ایران بود.
روش­: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی بود که به صورت آمیخته کیفی و کمی انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی بر اساس پنل تخصصی و هدفمند و برابر با 19 نفر بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل مسئولین و کارشناسان فوتبال بانوان فدراسیون فوتبال و هیأت‌های فوتبال استان‌ها، مدیران تیم‌های ملی فوتبال بانوان و مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال بانوان در سطوح شهرستان، استان و ملی بودند که به دلیل نوسان حضور تیم‌ها در مسابقات و فقدان آمار دقیق، تعداد نمونه، 384 نفر تعیین شد که ابتدا به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای و سپس به صورت غیرتصادفی در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ‌ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن، علاوه بر کدگذاری داده‌های کیفی توسط دو کدگذار دیگر، با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، نیز تأیید شد (93/0α=). برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار SPSS و لیزرل استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: نشان داد که 72 شاخص در قالب 18 مؤلفه و به ترتیب اولویت در ابعاد انگیزشی و نگرشی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، فنی-تخصصی، مالی و زیرساخت و مدیریتی بر توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان اثرگذار هستند. مهیا شدن بستر و زمینه‌ای برای تقویت انگیزه‌های فردی و نگرش مثبت خانواده‌ها به فوتبال بانوان، ارتقاء سطح فرهنگی در باشگاه‌ها و جامعه جهت حمایت همه جانبه از فوتبال بانوان و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی فنی و تخصصی می‌تواند به توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان کمک نماید.

چکیده [English]

The aim was to identify and analyze the indicators and components of the development of women's professional football.
Research method: Research. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted in a mixed qualitative and quantitative manner. Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and targeted panel and equal to 19 people. The statistical population in the quantitative part included women's soccer officials and experts, 384 of whom were first randomly selected by stratification and then non-randomly available. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sports management professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.93). SPSS and Lisrel software were used for data analysis.
Findings: The findings showed that 72 indicators in the form of 18 components and in the order of priority in motivational and attitudinal, cultural and social, technical-expert, financial and infrastructure and management dimensions have an effect on the development of women's professional football.
Conclusion: Preparing a platform and context to strengthen these individual motivations and the positive attitude of families towards women's football, raising the cultural level in clubs and society to fully support women's football and empowering technical and specialized human resources can help the development of women's professional football
