رابطه مهارت های اجتماعی و تاب آوری با سلامت روان دانش آموزان دختر مقطع ابتدایی منطقه 20 شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف:
این پژوهش با هدف  شناخت رابطه مهارت های اجتماعی و تاب آوری با سلامت روان دانش آموزان انجام شد.
روش:
پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است با رویکردی کمی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تعداد 2462 نفر دانش آموزان دختر مقطع ابتدایی منطقه20 شهر تهران بود و برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و طبق این فرمول تعداد 322 نفر از دانش آموزان انتخاب شدند جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های استاندارد سلامت عمومی GHQ- 28، مهارت های اجتماعی نوجوانان ایندربیتزن وفوستر (1992)، تاب آوری کلاهنن (1996) ، تاب آوری تحصیلی مارتین (2001) استفاده و با  روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای بین افراد نمونه توزیع شد. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات  از نرم افزار spss  نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافته ها :
یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که مهارت های اجتماعی با  با سلامت روان دانش آموزان رابطه معناداری دارد. مهارت های اجتماعی با مولفه های سلامت روان شامل (خود پذیری، خودمختاری و رشد شخصی) رابطه معناداری دارد. تاب آوری با سلامت روان دانش آموزان رابطه دارد مولفه های تاب آوری (تاب آوری اجتماعی، تحصیلی و عاطفی) با سلامت روان دانش آموزان رابطه دارد.

چکیده [English]

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the relationship between social skills and resilience with students' mental health. The research was conducted in terms of practical purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical survey type with a quantitative approach. The statistical population was 2462 female elementary school students in the 20th district of Tehran, and Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size, and according to this formula, 322 students were selected to collect information from the GHQ-28 general health standard questionnaires, skills Inderbitzen and Foster's (1992) adolescents' social skills, Kalahanen's resilience (1996), Martin's academic resilience (2001) were used and distributed among the sample by cluster sampling method. In this research, spss software version 22 was used for data analysis. The findings indicated that social skills have a significant relationship with students' mental health with a coefficient of 0.272. Also, social skills had a significant relationship with mental health components including (self-acceptance, autonomy and personal growth). The continuation of the results also showed that resilience is related to the mental health of students with a coefficient of 0.270. Also, resilience components (social, academic and emotional resilience) were related to students' mental health. Also, with a confidence level of 95% and P<0.05, it can be said that the level of resilience and mental health of students can be predicted based on social skills
