بررسی سبک زندگی زنان شاغل و غیر شاغل

چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی تفاوت بین سبک زندگی زنان شاغل و غیر شاغل اختصاص دارد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را زنان شاغل و غیر شاغل متاهل 49-25 سال شهر ساری مرکز استان مازندران تشکیل می‌دهند که حجم نمونه با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی 450 نفر می باشد. روش پژوهش پیمایشی و از ابزار پرسشنامه جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. برحسب یافته‌های پژوهش اکثر زنان دارای سبک زندگی سنتی می باشند. و آزمون‌های مقایسه میانگین ها نشان می دهد بین سبک زندگی زنان شاغل و غیر شاغل تفاوت وجود دارد، این تفاوت در ابعاد سبک زندگی(روابط اجتماعی، مدیریت بدن، الگوی خرید) کاملا مشهود است. دیگر نتایج ناشی از تحلیل همبستگی پژوهش نشان می‌دهند بین سن، تحصیلات، درآمد خانواده با سبک زندگی، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و منزلت شغلی زنان شاغل از عوامل تاثیر گذار بر نوع سبک زندگی آنان است. تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری نشان می دهد به ترتیب سن افراد و سپس نوع فعالیت ودررتبه بعدی درآمد خانواده و تحصیلات به گونه نسبی قدرت تبیین نوع سبک زندگی را دارند. در نهایت، بر اساس نمودار تحلیل مسیر، تحصیلات زنان نقش اصلی را در نوع سبک زندگی دارا می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The present research allocates to study of differences between employed and non-employed women lifestyle. Statistical population women of this research includes of married employed and non-employed women 25-49 in Sari city, in Mazandaran provience that the sample size with using cluster random sampling is 450 person. The method of research surveying and questionnaire was used for collecting data. According to findings of research, the majority of women have traditional lifestyle. But there is difference between the lifestyle employed and non-employed women. This difference also observe in dimensions of lifestyle (social relations, body management, shopping pattern). Correlation analysis show that there is meaningful relationship between age, education, family income, with lifestyle. The analysis of multiple regression show that the age and then the kind of activity, family income and education level, could relatively explaining the difference of lifestyle in the society. Finally according to analysis path women’s education, have the main effective in kind of lifestyle.
