مقایسه‌ی الگوهای ارتباط و تعارضات زناشویی در زنان متاهل شاغل در بانک‌های دولتی و زنان خانه دار شهر شیراز

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف « مقایسه‌ی الگوهای ارتباطی و تعارضات زناشویی در زنان متاهل شاغل در بانک‌های دولتی و زنان خانه دار» انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع علی - مقایسه ای است. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ی تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ )و پرسشنامه‌ی الگوهای ارتباط زناشویی (CPQ ) بود. جامعه‌ی آماری را زنان متاهل شاغل دربانک‌ها و زنان خانه دار در شهر شیراز در سال 1388 تشکیل می‌دادند. افراد نمونه‌ی پژوهش را 100 نفر از زنان متاهل شاغل که با روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی و 100 نفراز زنان خانه‌دارکه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیدند، تشکیل داده‌اند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون tمستقل جهت تعیین تفاوت میانگین های دو گروه، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که زنان شاغل بیش‌تر از الگوی ارتباطی سازنده متقابل (( P<0/05 و زنان خانه دار بیشتر از الگوی ارتباطی اجتناب متقابل (P<0/01)استفاده می‌کنند. در زمینه‌ی تعارضات زناشویی نیز زنان شاغل در خرده مقیاس جدا کردن امور مالی از ِیکدیگر دارای تعارضات بیش‌تری هستند (p<0/01 ) و زنان خانه دار در خرده مقیاس‌های افزایش جلب حمایت فرزندان و افزایش واکنش‌های هیجانی ((P<0/05 دارای تعارضات بیش‌تری بودند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to compare employed women and housewives’ patterns of communication and marital conflicts. The design of the study was causal-comparative. Two questionnaires of communication patterns (CPQ) and marital conflicts (MCQ) were employed in this study. The sampling frame of the study involved housewives and married women working in state banks in Shiraz in 2009. The sample of the study included 100 housewives and 100 married women selected through random sampling and cluster random sampling methods respectively. Research data was analyzed employing independent t-test. The results showed that employed women followed more mutual constructive pattern of communication (p<0.05) and housewives adhered more to a mutual avoidance pattern (p<0.01). As regards marital conflicts, employed women had more conflicts over separating financial affairs from each other (p<0.01) and housewives exhibited more conflicts over increasing emotional reactions and the kids' trust (p<0.05).
