رابطه‌ی مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای با سلامت روان در میان دانشجو معلمان زن

چکیده

هدف اصلی این مطالعه، تعیین رابطه‌ی بین «مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای» با «سلامت روانی» در میان دانشجو معلمان زن نهادها و مراکز آموزش عالی شهر بوشهر در سال تحصیلی 89-88 بود. به همین منظور، نمونه‌ای 170 نفری از دانشجویان به شیوه‌ی تصادفی ساده |نتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها دو ابزار معتبر پرسشنامه‌ی مقابله‌ی فراکنشی گرین گلاس‌» و «پرسشنامه‌ی سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ بکار گرفته شد. بمنظور تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، استفاده شد. تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که بین مقیاس‌های پرسشنامه‌ی مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای و سلامت روانی و خرده مقیاس‌های آن رابطه‌ی معکوس معنی دار وجود دارد. هم-چنین، تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون آشکار کرد که مهارت مقابله‌ی بیش فعال مهم‌ترین پیش بینی کننده‌ی سلامت روانی و خرده مقیاس‌های آن (نشانه‌های جسمانی، اضطراب و بی خوابی)؛ مهارت مقابله‌ی عقلانی مهم‌ترین پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی ناکارآمدی اجتماعی و مهارت مقابله‌ی پیشگیرانه مهم‌ترین پیش‌بینی کننده‌ی افسردگی شدید آزمودنی‌ها بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coping skills and mental health among Teacher students’ of the Boushehr University, Iran. The sample (N=170) was randomly selected from the teacher of university in Bousher, Iran. Two validated instruments (Proactive Coping Inventory & General Health Questionnaire) were used in collecting data. Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression were utilized to analyze data. Correlation analyses showed a significant reverse relationship between the various scales of Proactive Coping Inventory and mental health and its sub-scales. Also, the regression analysis revealed that proactive coping skill was the most important factor which predicted mental health and the sub-scales physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia; reflective coping skill was the most important factor which predicted social dysfunction; and preventive coping skill was the most important factor which predicted depression.
