مقایسه سلامت اجتماعی، قدرت تصمیم‌گیری، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و عزت نفس در بین زنان شاغل و خانه‌دار شهر یزد

چکیده

از جمله مفاهیمی که امروزه در مباحث مربوط به حوزه سلامت از اهمیتی ویژه برخوردار است و دایره شمول موضوع های آن هر روز فراگیرتر می‌شود، مفهوم سلامت اجتماعی است. روی هم رفته، در بحث سلامت اجتماعی انسان به تنهایی مطرح نیست بلکه آنچه مورد بحث است، پدیده‌هایی است که پیرامون او وجود دارند و بر مجموعه و سیستم او تأثیر می‌گذارند.این مطالعه به مقایسه سلامت اجتماعی و عوامل کارآمد بر آن در بین زنان شاغل و خانه‌دار شهر یزد پرداخته است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پیمایش و پرسش نامه انجام گرفته است. حجم نمونه را 384 نفر زنان خانه‌دار و 182 نفر زنان شاغل شهر یزد تشکیل می‌دهند که از راه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که زنان شاغل نسبت به زنان خانه‌دار از سلامت اجتماعی بالاتری برخوردارند. از متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، متغیرهای مهارت‌های ارتباطی، عزت‌نفس و قدرت تصمیم‌گیری با سلامت اجتماعی زنان شاغل و خانه دار رابطه ای معنادار داشتند. هم چنین، متغیرهای وضعیت تحصیل و درآمد با سلامت اجتماعی زنان شاغل رابطه ای معنادار داشت. در تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره نیز متغیرهای عزت‌نفس، تحصیلات، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، قدرت تصمیم‌گیری در کل 34 درصد از واریانس سلامت اجتماعی زنان را در جامعه آماری تبیین کردند.

چکیده [English]

One of the concepts that has a particular importance in the field of health-related topics, and becomes more inclusive concept every day is social health. In general, in the human social health issues, phenomenon, which are around human, and effect on his system are important. This study compares the social health and its determinants between working women and housewives in Yazd city. This study has been performed with survey methods and questionnaire techniques. Sample size consists of 384 homemakers and 182 employed women in Yazd selected by multistage cluster sampling method. The results show that employed women have higher social health than homemakers do. Variables such as education, communication skills, self-esteem and decision-making had significant relationship in women's health. In multivariate regression analysis, self-esteem, education, communication skills, decision-making variable explained in total 34% of the variance in women’s social heath and in the statistical population.
