بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های تنظیم هیجانی بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی و کیفیت زندگی بانوان سرپرست خانواده

چکیده

بانوان سرپرست خانواده به دلیل تغییر نقش با فشارهای زیادی مواجه می‌شوند که این فشارها بر کارکرد اجتماعی و اقتصادی آنها نیز تأثیر می‌گذارد و کیفیت زندگی آنها را کاهش می‌دهد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های تنظیم هیجانی بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی و کیفیت زندگی بانوان سرپرست خانواده انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه بانوان سرپرست خانوار زیر 50 سال که دارای حداقل سواد سیکل و عضو بنیاد شهید شهرستان بجنورد می‌باشند را تشکیل دادند. از میان جامعه تقریباً 350 نفری، به‌طور تصادفی ساده نمونه‌ای به حجم 30 نفر انتخاب و در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش جایگزین شدند. پس از انتخاب تصادفی گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل، آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر روی گروه آزمایشی به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای اجرا گردید. شرکت‌کنندگان پرسشنامه‌های تنظیم هیجانی و کیفیت زندگی را در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های تنظیم هیجان، سلامت روان بانوان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل را افزایش داده است. همچنین آموزش این مهارت‌ها توانسته است استفاده از راهبردهای مثبت را افزایش و استفاده از راهبردهای منفی در این بانوان را کاهش دهد. آموزش مهارت تنظیم هیجان می‌تواند توانایی افراد را در موقعیت‌های هیجانی افزایش داده و منجر به افزایش عملکرد کیفیت زندگی شود.

چکیده [English]

    Family Head Females encounter great stress because their roles have changed. This stress can affect females' economic and social functions and decrease their quality of life. The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of emotional regulation skills training on emotional regulation strategies and quality of life in family head females. The statistical population of this research included family head females under fifty years old. They had the minimum ability to read and write and were members of Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs. From a population of 350 persons, a sample of 30 individuals was selected using simple random sample method and they were divided into experimental and control groups. After randomized selection of the individuals, the experimental group was trained in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. The participants completed Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Quality of Life Questionnaire in the pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed using analysis of covariance. The results indicated that emotional regulation skills training increase the mental health of the females in experimental groups comparing to control group. Furthermore, training of these skills could increase positive and reduce negative strategies in these women. The emotional regulation skills training can increase the ability of individuals in the emotional situations and increase function of the quality of life.
