مقایسه کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی مادران سرپرست خانواده و مادران غیرسرپرست شهر جهرم

چکیده

از جمله گروه‏های اجتماعی آسیب‏پذیر در جامعه‌، زنان سرپرست خانواده می­باشند که به ‌دلیل نداشتن یا ضعف سرپرست مرد،زندگی اجتماعی آنان با چالش‏هایی روبه‌روست. در شرایط متحول زندگی امروزی، کیفیت زندگی ، شادکامی و رفاه اجتماعی این قشر، مسأله­ی مهمی می­باشد . از همین رو، مطالعه­ی کیفیت زندگی  و شادکامی آن­ها می­تواند گامی مهم در مسیر شناخت نیازهای آن­ها و سیاست­گذاری اجتماعی- حمایتی باشد. این پژوهش، با هدف مقایسه­ی کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی مادران سرپرست خانواده و غیر سرپرست شهرستان جهرم انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع علی – مقایسه­ای بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران سرپرست خانواده و مادران غیرسرپرست ساکن شهر جهرم بود که گروه نمونه، متشکل از 100 نفر (تعداد 50 مادر سرپرست خانواده و 50 مادر غیرسرپرست خانواده) با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با دو پرسش­نامه، کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و پرسش­نامه­ی شادکامی آکسفورد مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده­های گردآوری شده در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی (تحلیل مانوا) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی مادران سرپرست خانواده و ماداران غیر سرپرست تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و میانگین کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی مادران سرپرست خانواده نسبت به ماداران غیر سرپرست خانواده پایین تر است. بین ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری و ابعاد شادکامی در مادران سرپرست خانواده و ماداران غیر سرپرست تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

Among the vulnerable social groups in the community, women are the head of the family who face challenges due to the lack of or poor supervision of the husband and their social life. In today's changing conditions, the quality of life, happiness, and social well-being of this cortex are an important issue. Hence, studying the quality of life and their happiness can be an important step in identifying their needs and socio-advocacy policy. The aim of this study was to compare the quality of life and happiness of mothers of the family head and unmarried mothers in Jahrom city. The research method was causal-comparative. The statistical population of this study included all mothers of head of household and non-guardian mothers living in Jahrom city. A sample group of 100 people (50 female head of household and 50 non-family members) were selected using purposeful sampling and assessed by two World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaires and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (variance analysis). The results showed that there is a significant difference between the quality of life and happiness of the mothers of the head of the family and non-nursing mothers and the average quality of life and happiness of the head of household mothers is lower than non-nursing mothers.
