بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای جو روان‌شناختی در رابطه‌ی میان هوش فرهنگی و سازگاری شغلی معلمان زن

چکیده

هدف مقاله، تبیین نقش واسطه­ای جو روان­شناختی در رابطه­ی میان هوش فرهنگی و سازگاری شغلی معلمان زن است.این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با تأکید بر مدل معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان زن ابتدایی ناحیه­ی 5 شهر مشهدکه بالغ بر150 نفر بودند، می­باشد. در این پژوهش، تعداد 102 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل سه پرسش­نامه­ی استاندارد جو روان­شناختی کویز و دکوتیز، هوش فرهنگی آنگ و همکاران و سازگاری شغلی پورکبیریان بود. روایی پرسش­نامه­ها با استفاده از روایی محتوا تأیید و پایایی آن­ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. که به ترتیب هوش فرهنگی 92/0، جو روان­شناختی، 94/0 و سازگاری شغلی ،85/0 بود. داده­ها با آزمون­های کولموگروف-اسمیرنف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری(SEM) تحلیل شدند. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه حاکی از آن بود که بین  هوش فرهنگی با سازگاری شغلی رابطه­ی مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد. بین هوش فرهنگی و جو روان­شناختی رابطه­ی مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد. بین جو روان­شناختی و سازگاری شغلی رابطه­ی مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد. جو روان­شناختی در رابطه­ی بین متغیرهای هوش فرهنگی و سازگاری شغلی نقش واسطه­گری معنی دار ایفا می­کند.

The purpose of the article is to explain the mediating role of the psychological climate in the relationship between cultural intelligence and job matching of female teachers. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method of correlation with emphasis on structural equation model. The statistical population of this study included all primary school female teachers in district 5 of Mashhad, which was 150 people. In this study, 102 people were selected using the Morgan table and selected by simple random sampling method. The research instrument consisted of three standard questionnaires of the psychological atmosphere, cultural intelligence job adaptation. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content validity and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Which was respectively 0.96, psychological, 94.9 and occupational adjustment 0.85, respectively. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis indicated that there is a direct and significant relationship between cultural intelligence and job adjustment. There is a direct and significant relationship between the cultural intelligence and the psychological climate. There is a direct and significant relationship between psychological and occupational adaptability. The psychological climate plays a meaningful role in the relationship between variables of cultural intelligence and job adaptability. Therefore, by enhancing the cultural intelligence of elementary school teachers as well as benefiting from the structures of the psychological climate, managers of these schools can take steps to increase the job compatibility of these teachers.
