نقش سبک های حل تعارض در پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی زنان متأهل با میانجی گری خودکنترلی

چکیده

ازدواج یکی از مهم ترین رویدادهایی است که در زندگی رخ می دهد، بعضی ازدواج ها موجب رشد و شکوفایی زوجین است درحالی که بسیاری از زن و شوهرها نیز می‌توانند مشکلاتی را برابر هم اتخاذ کنند و زندگی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. از این رو هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش سبک های حل تعارض در پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی زنان متأهل با میانجی گری خودکنترلی می‌باشد. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل زنان متأهل شهر مشهد بود که تعداد 200 نفر به صورت تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های سبک‌های حل تعارض رحیم (ROCI-II)، پرسشنامه‌ی کیفیت زندگی (WHOQOL-26) و پرسشنامه‌ی خودکنترلی تانجی (TSCS) بودند. داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که بین سبک‌های حل تعارض و خودکنترلی با کیفیت زندگی همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد و آن‌ها می‌توانند کیفیت زندگی و خرده‌مقیاس‌های آن را پیش‌بینی کند (001/0 p

Marriage is one of the most important events that occurs in life. Some marriages cause couples to grow, while many couples can also create problems for each other and affect life. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of conflict management styles in prediction the quality of life for married women with self-control mediation. The method of study was descriptive- correlative. The statistical population of the study consisted of married women in Mashhad the sample of which includes 200 people who were selected by convenience-sampling method. The data were collected by Rahim Organizational Conflict inventory (ROCI-II), Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-26), and Tangney’s Self-Control Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by regression analysis and path analysis.
