تاثیر آموزش طرح امید (مدیریت مهارت و دانش رفتار) بر خودکنترلی زنان دستگیرشده با مساله حجاب: مطالعه موردی دستگیرشدگان با جرائم بدحجابی در دادگستری فارس

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر بخشی آموزش"مدیریت مهارت ودانش رفتار" بر خودکنترلی دستگیر شدگان جرایم اخلاقی بود.جامعه آماری شامل تعداد 150 تن از دختران و زنانی بود که در ظرف زمانی فروردین ماه۱۳۹۷ تا پایان خرداد ماه۱۳۹۷توسط پلیس به مرجع قضایی معرفی و بدون تشکیل پرونده برای حضور درکلاس های مورد نظر هدایت شده و شامل آموزش های فوق گردیده اند که از این میان یک کلاس به تعداد۲۰ نفر مرکب از دختران و بانوانی که می بایست دراین طرح حضور پیداکنند به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب و در گروه آزمایش قرار گرفتند همچنین یک کلاس۲۰ نفره نیز از این افراد، توام با ثبت نام اولیه بدون ارایه آموزش های مذکور به صورت نمونه گیری داوطلبانه در گروه گواه قرار گرفتند، ابزار سنجش مقیاس خود کنترلی (تانگی ، ۲۰۰۴ ) بود، این طرح پژوهشی شبه آزمایشی بود، در این راستا برای دوگروه دریک مرحله پیش آزمون انجام وبرنامه آموزشی"مدیریت دانش رفتار"دریک دوره زمانی یک هفته ای به مدت۸ ساعت به گروه آزمایش ارایه گردید، پس از پایان دوره ودرمرحله بعدپس آزمون برای هر دو گروه انجام شد. برای برای تحلیل داده ها آز آزمون آماری تحلیل چند متغیره (ANCOVA) استفاده شد، نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت مهارت و دانش رفتار در خودکنترلی دستگیر شدگان جرایم اخلاقی مؤثر و میزان تأثیر آن ۳۰/۰ بوده است؛ یعنی ۳۰ درصد واریانس نمره های خودکنترلی دستگیر شدگان جرایم اخلاقی، ناشی از عضویت گروهی (تاثیر متغیر مستقل) است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine “the effectiveness of skill management and behavior knowledge education“ on self-controlling behavior among who arrested of moral offences.Representatives consist 150 girls and women who arrested between April to June2018 andreffered to court by police without making judiciary case and guided to educational course .Among them a group (contains 20 girls and women )were selected through cluster random sampling and set in examination group .
As well,other group (20 persons)without educations and throughearly registration were selected by voluntary sampling and set as control group . Assessment tools was TANGY self-control scale (Tangy 2004)and the plan was quasi-experimental research design.By this mean, the pretest was drawn for both group and then educational course was administrated at a weekly period for 8 hours for both groups.Finally٫ANCOVA test was used for an alysingdata. The results showed that “the skill management and behavior knowledge “education course impacts on self-controlling behavior among who arrested and its effectiveness was 30 percent (0/030). It means that ,30 percent of self-control behavior variance in arrested individuals has been due to membership in group.( the effect of independent variable )
