بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر کارگروهی با نقش تعدیل گر تعهد عام( مورد مطالعه: زنان بالای 20 سال شهر تهران)

چکیده

کار گروهی شامل همکاری در قالب و تحت سازماندهی نظام دموکراتیک گروه است؛ این یک شکل از عضویت داوطلبانه اعضاء است که مجموع خروجی فعالیت را، نسبت به زمانی که فعالیت به صورت فردی، انجام شود، به طور قابل ملاحظه ای افزایش می دهد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر بر کار گروهی زنان با در ‌نظر ‌گرفتن نقش تعدیل‌گر تعهد‌عام پرداخته‌است. در این تحقیق هدف تعیین تأثیر عوامل‌اجتماعی با مؤلفه‌هایش بر کارگروهی با ابعاد «هدف مشترک، احساس مشترک، ارزش مشترک و تعامل مشترک» است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را زنان بالای 20 سال شهر تهران در سال 1398 با جمعیت 2817308 نفر تشکیل‌ داده‌است؛ حجم نمونه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS Sample Power بدون نیاز به‌ جمعیت ‌آماری و تنها با در‌ نظر ‌گرفتن متغیرهای مستقل پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن وضعیت مطلوب 520 نفر برآورد ‌شده‌است. روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای بوده‌است. یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS و SMART PLSS حاکی از آن است که فرضیه‌ها مبنی بر تأثیر متغیرهای کنش ‌ارتباطی، مدارای ‌اجتماعی و سلامت ‌اجتماعی بر کارگروهی و ابعاد آن تأیید شده است ولی فرضیه تأثیر اعتماد اجتماعی بر کار گروهی رد شده‌است؛ نقش تعهد ‌عام در رابطه تأثیر مدارای ‌اجتماعی در افزایش کار گروهی مؤثر واقع شده‌است؛ به‌عبارتی تعهد‌ عام تقویت ‌کننده رابطه بین دو متغیر کارگروهی و مدارای ‌اجتماعی است.

group works is defined as Colleagues together within the framework of the group's democratic system; This is a form of voluntary membership which significantly increase the sum of the output of the activity, in compared with performing the individually.The present study investigates the impact of social factors on women's group work. The purpose of this study was to identify social factors with their dimension's group work of, (common goal, common sense, common value and shared Interaction). The statistical population of this study was women aged 20 years and above in Tehran with population of 2817308 in 1398; But according to Spss Sample Power software have been used according to calculation type and sample size(volume). The sample size was estimated to be 520 without considering the statistical population and considering only the independent variables of the study considering the desirable status. The type of sampling used was multi-stage clustering. Findings from the analysis of data collected using SPSS and SMART PLS3 regression-based software indicates that assumptions about the influence of social factors variables (social health, communication action and social tolerance) are Values (336/4, 620/3and 530/6) = Tvalue, respectively, of the workgroup and its dimensions but the hypothesis of the effect of social trust with values of (534/1) = Tvalue on group and group activity is rejected; The moderator role of General commitment to the impact of social tolerance has been effective in enhancing groupwork
