شناخت رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی و منزلت اقتصادی اجتماعی با نگرش به فرزندآوری: مود مطالعه زنان شهرستان سرپل ذهاب

چکیده

تمایل به فرزندآوری تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی قرار دارد که این مطالعه بر روی کیفیت زندگی و منزلت اقتصادی اجتماعی زنان است. بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی و منزلت اقتصادی اجتماعی زنان با نگرش آن ها به فرزندآوری در شهرستان سرپل ذهاب می باشد. روش مطالعه از لحاظ رویکردی؛ کمی و از نظر راهبردی و گردآوری داده ها، همبستگی و توصیف از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر تمامی زنان متأهل 15 تا 49 ساله شهرستان سرپل ذهاب است که تعداد 384 نفر از آنان به عنوان حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. برای پردازش داده ها، از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردید. متغیرهای مستقل کیفیت زندگی با ابعاد سلامت اجتماعی، سلامت جسمانی، سلامت روحی روانی و سلامت محیطی و منزلت اقتصادی – اجتماعی و متغیر وابسته نگرش به فرزندآوری می باشد. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان می دهد که بین کیفیت زندگی و نگرش به فرزندآوری(281/0 = r) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. این معناداری برای ابعاد سلامت روحی روانی(294/0 = r) و سلامت جسمانی(251/0 = r) معنادار اما برای سلامت محیطی(095/0 = r) و اجتماعی(090/0 = r) معنادار نیست. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون نشان می دهد که کیفیت زندگی با (284/0 = B) و منزلت اقتصادی اجتماعی با (186/0 = B) توانستند 27 درصد از تغییرات متغیر فرزندآوری را تبیین نمایند.

The desire for childbearing is influenced by many factors that this study has on the quality of life and socio-economic status of women. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between quality of life and socioeconomic status of women with their attitude toward childbearing in Sarpul-e-Zahab city. The method of study is quantitative approach and in terms of strategy and data collection, correlation and descriptive survey method. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study was all married women aged 15-49 years old in Sarpul-e-Zahab city, 384 of whom were selected as sample size using Cochran formula and simple random sampling. SPSS software was used for data processing. Independent variables of quality of life with social health, physical health, mental health and environmental health and socioeconomic status are dependent variables on childbirth attitude. Pearson correlation results show that there is a significant relationship between quality of life and attitude to childbearing (r = .228). This value was significant for mental health (r = .294) and physical health (r = .225) but not significant for environmental (r = .095) and social (r = .090). The results of regression show that quality of life with (B = .228) and socioeconomic status (B=0.186) accounted for 27% of the variable changes in childbearing.
