بررسی تاثیر رهبری‌هوشمند بر رفتارشهروندی سازمانی معلمان و کارکنان زن مدارس دخترانه دره شهر و آبدانان

چکیده

چکیده
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی تاثیر رهبری­ هوشمند بر رفتارشهروندی­سازمانی معلمان و کارکنان زن مدارس دخترانه دره­شهر و آبدانان می­باشد. این تحقیق، باتوجه به هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری داده از نوع توصیفی-  پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان و کارکنان زن مدارس دخترانه دره­شهر و آبدانان است که در زمان انجام تحقیق 942 نفر می­باشند. در این تحقیق برای اندازه­گیری حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و حجم نمونه 273 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده­ها پرسشنامه است که شامل پرسشنامه سیدانمانلاکا (2002) برای سنجش رهبری­هوشمند و پرسشنامه پودساکف و همکاران (1990) برای سنجش رفتارشهروندی­سازمانی می­باشد. تحلیل مدل ساختاری و آزمون فرضیه­ها ازطریق مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی، با استفاده از نرم­افزار smart pls3  انجام شد.  نتایج آزمون فرضیه­های تحقیق، حاکی از آن است که رهبری­هوشمند بر رفتارشهروندی­سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از فرضیه­­های تحقیق نشان داد که ابعاد رهبری­هوشمند شامل بعد عقلایی، بعد هیجانی و بعد معنوی نیز بر رفتارشهروندی­سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Intelligent leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and female staffs of Dare Shahr and Abdanan Girls' Schools . The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study includes all female teachers and staff of girls' schools in Darshahr and Abdanan, which are 942 at the time of the study. In this study, Cochran's formula was used to measure the sample size and the sample size was 273. The main data collection tool is a questionnaire that includes the Sidanmanlaka Questionnaire (2002) for measuring intelligent leadership and the Podsakoff et al. (1990) questionnaire for measuring organizational citizenship behavior. Structural model analysis and hypothesis testing were performed by modeling structural equations using partial least squares method using smart pls3 software. The results of the research hypothesis test show that intelligent leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the research hypotheses also showed that the dimensions of intelligent leadership, including the intellectual dimension, emotional dimension and spiritual dimension, have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
