رهبری زنان: رویکردی به سوی شکستن سقف شیشه‌ای

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر رهبری زنان: رویکردی به سوی شکستن سقف شیشه‌ای است. زنان یکی از سرمایه‌های با ارزش هر کشور به خصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه هستند. در حقیقت مشارکت جدی زنان کلید رشد و ترقی این کشورها محسوب می‌شود. شکاف جنسیتی به تدریج در چند دهه گذشته کاهش داشته است اما نابرابری‌های قابل‌توجهی بخصوص در امر رهبری زنان همچنان وجود دارد. درک ما از رهبران زن به‌ویژه اینکه چگونه آن‌ها رهبر می‌شوند به دلیل کمبود فعالیت‌های انتقادی بر رهبری زنان، عدم برابری دائمی برای زنان در محل کار و انگیزه شخصی برای کمک به پیشرفت زنان و کمبود تحقیقات تجربی محدود گردیده است. ازآنجایی که بررسی انتقادی به منظور درک بهتر از هدایت رهبری، چگونگی درک یادگیری رهبری و چگونگی توسعه رهبران زن هدفمند و مهم است؛ ما قصد داریم بحث رهبری زنان را از دیدگاه کلیشه‌ای به طرف دیدگاهی ظریف‌تر و دقیق‌تر از اینکه چگونه زنان رهبری می‌کنند؛ سوق دهیم. یافته ها نشان می دهد شرایط فرهنگی حاکم بر جامعه همچنان علائمی را در سطح جامعه به نمایش می گذارد که مانع ارزش گذاری واقعی فعالیت زنان در جامعه می شود. نتایج پژوهش‌های متعدد نشان می‌دهد، با وجود تمامی‎ تلاش هایی که در سرتا سر دنیا بر کسب شرایط مساوی و رفع نابرابری های اجتماعی میان مردان و زنان صورت گرفته ولی مشکلات زنان در اموری مانند نابرابری، خشونت و… همچنان ادامه دارد.

The purpose of this study is to guide women: an approach to breaking the glass roof. Women are one of the valuable assets of any country, especially in developing countries. In fact, the serious participation of women is the key to the growth and development of these countries. The gender gap has gradually narrowed over the past few decades, but there are still significant inequalities, especially in women's leadership. Our understanding of women leaders, especially how they become leaders, is limited by the lack of critical activity on women's leadership, the constant inequality of women in the workplace, and personal motivation to contribute to women's advancement and the lack of empirical research. Since critical research is intended to better understand how leadership is conducted, how to understand leadership learning, and how to develop women leaders, we aim to move the discussion of women's leadership from a stereotypical perspective to a more subtle and precise view of how women lead; Give. The findings show that the cultural conditions prevailing in society continue to show signs at the community level that hinder the real evaluation of women's activities in society. The results of several studies show that despite all the efforts made around the world to achieve equal conditions and eliminate social inequalities between men and women, women's problems continue in issues such as inequality, violence and so on.
