رابطه سلامت خانواده اصلی و ذهن‌آگاهی با رفتارهای فداکارانه، ادراک‌ انصاف و تعهدزناشویی در دانشجویان زن متأهل شهر اهواز

چکیده

مقدمه: نهاد خانواده محل رشد و شکل گیری شخصیت انسان است و در طول زندگی انسان تأثیر ماندگاری دارد، از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه سلامت خانواده اصلی و ذهن‌آگاهی با رفتارهای فداکارانه، ادراک‌ انصاف و تعهدزناشویی در دانشجویان زن متأهل شهر اهواز بود.
روش‌شناسی: جامعه‌ آماری این تحقیق، کلیه دانشجویان زن متأهل شهر اهواز در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود و نمونه شامل 320 نفر از دانشجویان زن متأهل بودند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد بود که روایی و پایایی ‌آن‌ها تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ برای سلامت خانواده اصلی93/0، ذهن آگاهی 89/0، رفتارهای فداکارانه 94/0، ادراک انصاف 70/0، تعهد زناشویی 85/0 به‌دست آمد. روش تحقیق از نوع هبستگی کانونی است و نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS محاسبه شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین سلامت خانواده اصلی با رفتارهای فداکارانه و تعهد زناشویی رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد و با ادراک انصاف رابطه معنی‌دار مشاهده نشد. بین ذهن‌آگاهی با رفتارهای فداکارانه و تعهد زناشویی رابطه معنی‌دار وجود دارد و با ادراک انصاف رابطه معنی دار مشاهده نشد. همچنین مشخص شد در مجموعه اول سلامت خانواده اصلی قویاً با متغیر کانونی اول مرتبط است (991/0). بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد که متغیر کانونی اول بیشتر نشان دهنده سلامت خانواده اصلی است. در مجموعه دوم رفتارهای فداکارانه بالاترین همبستگی را با متغیر کانونی اول دارا است (663/0).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته های تحقیق می توان نتیجه گرفت فردی که سلامت خانواده اصلی بیشتری دارد، رفتارهای فداکارانه بیشتری نیز خواهد داشت.‌

Introduction: The institution of the family is the place of growth and formation of human personality and has a lasting effect throughout human life, so the main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the main family's health and mindfulness with sacrificial behaviors, equity perception and marital commitment in married female students in Ahwaz.
Methods: The statistical population of this research included all married female students in Ahvaz city during the academic year of 2018-2019. Measurement tools included standardized questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The reliability of family-of- origin health, mindfulness, sacrificial behaviors, equity perception and marital commitment based on Cronbach's alpha were 0.93, 0.89, 0.94. 0.70 and 0.85, respectively.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the family's main health and sacrificial behaviors and marital commitment and there is no significant relationship with equity perception, Also, there is a significant relationship between mindfulness with sacrificial behaviors and marital commitment and there is no meaningful relationship with equity perception. It has been shown that in the first set, the family's primary health is strongly correlated with the first canonical variable(0.991). Therefore, it seems that the first conical variable more reflects the health of the original family. In the second set, sacrificial behaviors have the highest correlation with the first canonical variable(0.663).
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that a person with more family health has more sacrificial behaviors.
