Evaluation of Entrepreneurship Capabilities of Girl Student

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to assessment of entrepreneurship capabilities of girl students in order to validate and rethink in universities curriculums functions and Iran high education centers .statistic society of this research is kashan university students in 90-91 academic years, that number of 412 persons of whom as sample were studied by taxonomie sampling method. The instrument of information accumulation in this research is entrepreneurship capabilities and public caracteristics form that its final index was estimated by Cronbach alpha ./89. For analysing information was used index of descriptive and perceptive statistic. The result of this research showed that there is significant difference between girl and boy students in the total score of the entrepreneurship and the component of risk –taking and creativity, but at the same time there is not any significant difference in viewpoint of the entrepreneurship capabilities among girl students of different college. In addition , the findings of this research showed that basically there is not Significant difference in viewpoint of benefiting rate from entrepreneurship capabilities between first – year and forth – year students that in turn show lack of success and inefficiency of academic curriculum in growth and upbringing of entrepreneurship capabilities of students and remind necessity of compilation and performing special curriculum that its axis education and development of mentioned commissions.
