An investigation of Training Needs of Household Women in Isfahan Cultural Education

Abstract

The present study aimed at assessing the training needs of female-governed households was employed in Isfahan Cultural Education in 2013. The methodology used in the study was descriptive and measure mental. The statistical population (600) included all female-headed households from 2012 to 2013 in Isfahan. The researcher developed a questionnaire containing 42 statements and a five-point Likert scale was utilized. The validity of the instrument, estimated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient formula, was 0.90. Descriptive statistical techniques (Percentage, Mean‚ Abundance‚ and Standard Deviation) along with inferential statistical measures (T-test) and by SPSS-18 software were employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the female-headed households in 2013, employed in Isfahan cultural Education, were needed to train them:  in ground parenting skills, in understanding the rules and regulations concerning the protection of women-headed households, to improve their mental health and family, financial management, and communication skills.
