The Effectiveness of Life Reconstruction Skill Training After Divorce on Emotional Ataxia, Self-Worth and Adjustment After Divorce of Divorced Women with Chronic Pain

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of the present study was to study the effectiveness of life reconstruction skills training after divorce based on emotional dyslexia, self-worth and adjustment after divorce in divorced women with chronic pain.
Methods: The current research was practical in terms of type and purpose. The research design of the present study was a quasi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test. The study population of this research was divorced women suffering from chronic pain in Ahvaz city in 2023. 30 people were placed in two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups with the purposeful sampling method. The expressions used in this research were Alexithymia questionnaire (1994), Hosseini et al.'s self-esteem questionnaire (2019) and Fisher's post-divorce adjustment questionnaire (2007). 
Findings: The results of data analysis showed that the life reconstruction training program after divorce reduced emotional ataxia and also improved the feeling of self-worth and adjustment after divorce in divorced women with chronic pain (P<0.05).
Conclusion: life reconstruction training after divorce as a way to reduce emotional ataxia and improve living conditions through increasing the feeling of self-worth and adaptability in divorced women with chronic pain along with other trainings can have useful results.
