Study the Effect of Women's Employment Concerns Over the Quality of Their Lives

Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to answer the question whether the employment status of women, including physical characteristics, their jobs and their attitude toward their employment status (job satisfaction) _Br affect quality of life? To this end, the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire was used to measure job satisfaction Kendall and Smith. The collected data were analyzed using spss software for Frzyh‌Ha test of Pearson, D. Summers test, Kendall's tau and Kay C. Squire was used. Research findings showed that the independent variables, job satisfaction, marital status and age of the studied women who have had an impact on quality of life. In fact, people who had a higher level of job satisfaction, and single people aged 25-34 had higher quality of life.
