The Effects of Interpersonal Communication Skills on Social and Daily Life of Women

Abstract

Objective: There is a relationship between social communication and strengthening the social dimension of man and promoting communication in interpersonal relationships. After the research, this research tried to answer a question about interpersonal communication skills in the social and daily life of women aged 18 to 30 in Mashhad.
Method: The method used in this study was quantitative-survey and a fundamental research. The statistical population of the study included all women aged 18 to 30 in Mashhad in 1403. The sample size was 392 people who entered the study through convenience sampling. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The data were analyzed using the correlation matrix and structural equation modeling. SPSS and PLS software were used for data analysis.
Findings: The GOF value was obtained as 0.515, which indicates that the model has a good fit with the data and its predictions are accurate and reliable. These results show that predictive models based on these constructs generally show a significant variance of the data and model the relationships between them well.
Conclusion: The results of structural equation modeling showed that there is a relationship between social and strengthening the social dimension of man and promoting communication in relationships between personal characteristics. Also, creating communication, being honest and promoting communication in interpersonal relationships, individual, social and stereotypical differences and promoting communication in interpersonal relationships, expressing positive emotions and strengthening interpersonal relationships and promoting relationships in interpersonal relationships, and finally expressing positive emotions and strengthening interpersonal relationships and improving physical and mental health and multiple personalities and promoting relationships in interpersonal relationships.
